We were appointed through all RIBA workstages to help refurbish and expand this period terraced house, adding a loft conversion, wrap around ground floor extension and basement utility room within the existing coal chute cellar. We provided an industrial open plan look and feel to the ground floor, using a fire curtain and fire rated glass against the stair helped to make the main social spaces feel larger in conjunction with lightweight balustrading between the kitchen and the middle entertainment area.
